According to your needs, there are two different versions / models. One for general soldering applications which works with R245 Cartridges, and another for those soldering applications that require large amount of heat which works with R470 Cartridges.
DKR is a complete soldering system covers all requirements: accurate tip temperature, soldering time control, solder wire feeding, tip cleaning; all controlled by the teach pendant provided as standard equipment.
This Soldering Set is composed by: • RBA Soldering Head for Robot, in combination with TR , allows the soldering robot to use different tip shapes to achieve the highest quality on each soldering point.
• SFR Solder Feeder includes a solder-wire perforation allowing better flux flow and outgassing, avoiding solder splashing when soldering.
• CLMRP Tip Cleaner, tip cleaning is carried out in just one second, increasing heat transfer and improving soldering quality.
