Office Manager in Training
(Bilingual English-Spanish preferred but not required)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Depending on the Office Manager, the Office Manager in Training will participate and develop all the sales and administration activities and processes of the office, supporting Customers and Sales Network to guarantee excellence and quality in Customer Service, including:


  • Lead’s Management.
  • Preparation of Routes for Sales Network.
  • Marketing activity.
  • Administration of Sales: Quotations, Orders, Invoicing, After-Sales Activity, Shipping and Inventory.

Once the capacities of the candidate are proved, will support and collaborate with the Office Manager to fulfil the following responsibilities:


  • Support and develop Company operations by maintaining office procedures and supervising staff in order to provide an accurate support to customers and Company sales network, contributing to team effort with the objective of increasing sales.
  • Organize Office operations and procedures in order to meet targets, including the preparation of routes for Sales Network.
  • Maintain Office efficiency in sales and administrative operations including maintenance of inventory, after sales service, demo and other marketing activity, overdue invoices follow up, etc.
  • Following up on staff work results.
  • Keep management informed about any issue arising to the Company, summarizing information, identifying improvements that need to be implemented.
  • Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Contribute to Team effort by accomplishing related results and duties, as needed.

All of these responsibilities shall to be completed strictly following the commercial policies of the Company given by JBC Headquarters.
Will report to Office Manager and JBC Headquarters.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish preferred but not required


WE OFFER:

  • JBC offers an opportunity to candidates with necessary skills who want to make a career as Office Manager.
  • Compensation will depend on experience, performance and results. The Office Manager will receive a minimum guaranteed annual salary of $50,000.
  • Full time contract.
  • The position is open for immediate hiring.
