AREA SALES REPRESENTATIVE based in Illinois, USA.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, driven, extremely motivated goal-oriented professional, with knowledge in electronics and soldering technologies with significant experience and sales skills with demonstrable results. The Technical Area Sales Representative will have to understand end-user product requirements and be able to establish strong relationships, advice and support different interlocutors such as distributors, technical trainers, manufacturing and process engineers, technicians and offer solutions using JBC products, in order to generate sales.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Area to cover: IL, MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, NE.
  • Develop and maintain the area, ensuring to meet sales targets.
  • Maximize new business development and create opportunities.
  • Establish sales área strategies.
  • Consultative approach, understanding needs and requirements of the customer to offer proper solutions and explain how to use JBC products to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Collect customers feedback and market research.
  • Report daily sales meetings and activities.
  • Attend trade shows to promote JBC brand and products.

 

REQUIREMENTS, DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

We are looking for a dynamic person who must meet the following criteria:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, a degree in electronics/electrical field is preferred (Engineer). However, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 3 years of similar work related experience will be considered as plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years ‘experience as Area Sales Manager.
  • Knowledge of electronics market of the Territory will be consider a plus.
  • Knowledge of hand soldering techniques will be considered a plus.
  • IPC knowledge or certification will be a plus.
  • US Passport and US driver’s license a must.
  • Willing to travel up to 80%.

COMPENSATION:

  • Compensation commensurate with experience, performance and sales results.
  • Area Sales Representative will receive a guaranteed annual salary of $ 60,000 plus annual commission based on target.
  • Excellent professional as well as economic growth opportunity.
  • Position is available immediately.

With headquarters in Molins de Rei (Barcelona), it has delegations in the USA, México, China and India.

 

We are looking for a "AREA SALES MANAGER" for the Malaysian market (mainly for the Penang district).


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Reaching the targets for an area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
  • Servicing the needs of the existing customers.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

 


REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for a dynamic person who must meet the following criteria:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as Area Sales Manager.
  • Proficient in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of electronics-electricity is a must.
  • The candidate’s residence would preferably be near to Penang.
