Low Temperature Soldering
The system recovers the tip’s temperature extremely quickly. This increases work efficiency and lowers the solder temperature.
JBC, the most efficient
soldering process

This innovative technology allows a reduction of the temperature by at least 50ºC.

Lowering the temperature reduces the risk of damaging components and improves the quality of soldering and desoldering.
JBC stations only drop 20ºC (68ºF) where others drop
as much as 70ºC (158ºF)

350ºC in 2 seconds
The JBC exclusive heating system recovers the tip’s temperature extremely quickly. This increases work efficiency and lowers the solder temperature.

JBC system can reach 350ºC (662ºF) in only 2 seconds,
while others need between 10 and 90 seconds.
JBC heating system principles

- The compact element optimizes heat transfer by reducing the thermal barriers.

- The fully integrated thermal sensor to the heater ensures an extremely quick temperature recovery.

- The intelligent algorithm used in the heating control system increases performance.

Tips last 5 times longer
JBC stations incorporate Sleep & Hibernation functions that lower tip temperature when tool is not used. As a result, tip life lasts up to 5 times longer.

Sleep & Hibernation

The Sleep function automatically reduces
tip temperature to 180ºC when the iron is resting in the stand.

The station automatically goes into Hibernation when the set time in Sleep mode is finished. The power supply is cut off and tip keeps at room temperature.

The tool must be in the stand for the Sleep & Hibernation functions to work.

Longer Tip life

Tip life increases exponentially by using a lower tempearture for a shorter time, as shown in the graph.

JBC tips last 5 times longer than other brands thanks to the Exclusive Heating System and the Intelligent Heat Management: Sleep & Hibernation functions.

Increased Productivity
Save time by using the quick cartridge extractor, which is available in all stands and compact stations. This system designed by JBC allows the user to change cartridges quickly and safely. Without switching the station off, you can carry out different soldering jobs.
Remove the cartridge from the handpiece. Place the tool and pull up slightly to release it.

Insert the cartridge to use into the handpiece. Push slightly.

Select the hole depending on the tip shape. Place the cartridge to the suitable hole and push again.
