FUNCIONES:

• • Recepción de material e identificación de posibles incidencias.
• • Introducción de datos en CRM.
• • Coordinación de entradas y salidas de reparaciones internas en taller.
• • Comprobación del buen funcionamiento del material.
• • En caso necesario, reparación de averías.
• • Creación de diagnósticos a partir de la reparación (generación presupuesto y coberturas).
• • Detección de patrones de anomalías y comunicación con laboratorio.

REQUISITOS:

• • FP-II electrónica.
• • Se precisa experiencia en SAT (servicio postventa o tareas similares), mínimo 2 años.
• • Nivel de inglés equivalente a B1-B2.
• • Persona proactiva y dinámica.

SE OFRECE:

What will the Inside Sales be expected to do?

He/she will actively assist the Business Sales efforts of the Mexico Sales Team supported by the Office Manager and Head Quarters Staff.

Purpose

Depending of the Office Manager, the Inside Sales implies the development of all sales administration tasks, customer service, as well as direct collaboration with the Area Sales managers and the rest of the sales network to meet their commercial needs, in order to collaborate actively in the development and growth of the company's sales in collaboration with the rest of the team and JBC’s Global organization.

JOB DUTIES:

• • Areas to cover: TX, KS, MO, OK, AR, LA, AL, TN, MS.

• • English speakers, but Spanish will be valued.
• • US Citizenship and US driver’s license are a must.
• • Willing to travel up to 80% of the time.
