Hall A4 Stand 223
JBC brings the digital transformation to the soldering process
Customers approaching JBC booth (Hall 4, Stand 223) will have the opportunity to discover the most advanced technologies in the Industry. JBC team will introduce:
>> The new CDE Station with the new “Soldering Assitant”.
It makes your soldering process smarter. Based on a pre-stored soldering joint, the system would compare it in real time with all the new soldering points. This function gives the operator feedback, showing a color (red, orange or green) along with a percentage to qualify the soldering process.
The CDE Station comes with an easy and intuitive Configuration Menu, new Cable Collector and an adjustable Tool Stand to perfectly adapt to operators’ needs.
All these advantages work with the JBC Most Efficient Soldering System and the intelligent Sleep & Hibernation mode when the Soldering Iron is not being used. The extreme fast tip temperature recovering increases efficiency and allows lowering the soldering temperature which improves soldering quality.
>> Hot air Station JNASE.
The miniaturization is the trend in the electronic market and the components become more and more small. In order to adapt to his customers’ needs, JBC has developed a Nano Hot Air Station.
JNASE is the smallest Hot Air Station in the market, specially designed to work in HDI boards used on mobiles, laptops, high speed communications, military applications, etc.
With 3 different Nozzles sizes, 0.8, 1 and 1.2 mm, the JNASE is the perfect tool to rework the smallest SMT components like 0402, 0201, 01005 and 008004.
>> Rework shop
It is equipped with all the necessary tools for SMD rework. The Rework Shop includes PK Pick & Place Unit, DPS Dispenser Station, DPM Solder Paste Dispenser, RHS Hands support, PHSE-K Preheater Set, NANE Nano station and the new JNASE Nano hot air.
JBC supports the best soldering experts
JBC is a Gold Sponsor of the IPC’s Hand Soldering Competition which will be held during the fair at Hall A1, Stand 305. Over three days, experienced professionals will demonstrate their skills in hand soldering as they have to complete a functional assembly within 60 minutes, meeting IPC-A-610F Class 3 criteria. The speed and functionality of the assembly will be judged by IPC-A-610 Master Instructors.
