My JBC station is broken, what to do?
JBC holds a stock of refurbished stations for getting you back on production with the minimum time loss. Please contact your distributor or JBC directly.

What is the solution for the error displayed?
Consult the Error List(72 Kb) for better know what to do when an a specific error is displayed on your equipment.

My station does not enter sleep mode, what's wrong?
Probably flux waste is on the metal part of the handle which prevents the tool from making good contact with the stand. Clean it with alcohol or flux cleaner.

Warranty

JBC’s 2 year warranty covers this equipment against all manufacturing defects, including the replacement of defective parts and labour. Warranty does not cover product wear due to use or mis-use. In order for the warranty to be valid, equipment must be returned, postage paid, to the dealer where it was purchased.
You can register your warranty within 30 days of purchase by filling in the following form.
