W140P004 is a modification of a Single-Hole stripping tip. It features a
slot designed to strip 38 AWG (Ø0.13 mm / Ø0.005 in) high-temperature wire insulations, made of thermostable materials such as Teflon*, Kapton*, silicone rubber, etc.
The slot design
allows to remove the insulation by rotating the cable, without perfectly aligning the wire on a stripping hole.
This cartridge works with
WS140 Precision High-Temperature Wire Stripper Tweezers which has an adjustable strip length gauge to select the stripping length.
Both cartridges are included in this reference.
