JBC will showcase its products, specially designed for successful hand soldering. Attendees who visit the JBC booth 1024 will have the opportunity to discover the new CDE Station with the new Assistant Soldering System. Based on a pre-stored soldering joint, the system compares it in real time with all the new soldering joints. This function provides feedback to the operator, showing a color graph (red, orange or green) along with a percentage of power given to qualify the soldering process.

The new Soldering Unit HA makes it the first selective soldering solution featuring Automatic Cartridge Exchange available to the electronic industry.
The automatic Tool TRA and the Cartridge Stand CS2R allows the system to work with the best tip for any application on the assembly line to achieve, Quality, Efficiency and Reliability in the soldering process.
The automatic solder feeder SFR and the cleaning system CLMR completes the automatic soldering solution that can be adapted to any automated robotic solution to get a complete Automated Soldering Cell.

JBC presents the new High-Temperature Wire Stripper.
The WS is specially designed for stripping high-temperature cable insulations made of materials such as Teflon*, Kapton*, silicone rubber, etc., down to 36 AWG (0.127mm) without damaging conductors.
Additionally: JBC experts will be demonstrating live its new products for soldering automation, including CDE Station and its soldering Assistant”system, Soldering Unit HA, Automatic Tip Cleaner and High Temperature Wire Stripper, among other innovations.
