HDEK Heavy Duty Rework Station is designed to reduce the soldering time in processes that require a high heat input.

Typical applications include coaxial cable shields soldering in telecommunication antennas, large copper conductors in medical imaging scanners, battery terminals, and large-size capacitors.

This station is supplied with two HDE Control Units, the most powerful soldering units in JBC Range, and HT470 HD Thermal Tweezers, compatible with C470 Cartridge Range.

The control units deliver high soldering quality through JBC Most Efficient Soldering System. Sleep & Hibernation Modes extend tip life and reduce energy consumption. They also allow direct connection to JBC Fume Extractors.

Aditionally, the station includes SCH Cartridge Holder for storing up to 16 cartridges within easy reach.
