JBC introduces CDE station with Soldering Assistant, the first system capable of measuring energy delivered during soldering process.

This capability allows operators to refine technique, select optimal temperature and cartridge, and achieve a more efficient and consistent production process.



  • • Designed for general soldering applications, this station delivers precise control and repeatable results.

  • • Provides high soldering quality through JBC Intelligent Heat Management, combined with Sleep & Hibernation Modes that extend catridge life up to five times.

  • • Complete Tip Cleaning System with anti-splash membrane to keep work area clean, plus integrated wiper to remove excess solder from tip.

  • • Integrated Cartridge Holder and JBC Exclusive Cartridge Exchanger for fast and safe cartridge replacement.

  • • Compatible with JBC Fume Extractors via RJ12 connection.

  • • Connectivity includes data download, software updates, and full process traceability. Includes T245 General Purpose Handle, compatible with C245 Cartridge Range.
