ALE Station is ideal for soldering processes requiring high productivity.

This station integrates JBC Most Efficient Soldering System to guarantee consistent results and efficient operation in demanding environments.

It is supplied with:

• The new version of ALE250 Automatic-Feed Soldering Iron, featuring dynamic tool setting for improved accessibility across different solder joints. Compatible with C250, C250E, and C245L Cartridge Range.

• GALE10V solder wire with Ø 1 mm diameter. ALE Control Unit is also compatible with solder wires from Ø 0.4 mm to Ø 1.8 mm, using the appropriate Solder Wire Guide Kit. It includes Solder Wire Perforation for diameters from Ø 0.8 mm and above, improving flux outgassing and reducing projections and Foreign Object Debris (FOD).

Capacity for solder reels up to 2 kg / 4.40 lb.

• Three different working modes: Continuous Mode, Discontinuous Mode, and Program Mode, enabling precise control of wire feed speed and length.

• Connectivity: Data download, remote control for traceability, and software updates.
