SFR Solder Feeder is designed for automatic solder wire feeding on automatic soldering processes.
Several solder wire Guide Kits are available with or w/o wire perforation. Solder perforation allows flux flow and outgassing to minimize solder splashing while soldering.
The guide should be chosen according to the solder wire diameter used on the application.
Additionally, it features a wire detector sensor and in case of any transport error the system informs with "blocked up" or "consumed".
In order to establish the communication between SFR Solder Feeder and the Robot (PC or PLC) JBC provides RS232 Communication Protocol. Download it here.
Control parameters such as wire length and dispensing speed are customizable.
