3.- CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE WEB SHOP

The purpose of this Web Shop is to sell the products manufactured by JBC, via internet.

3.2. Currency and Sales Taxes.
Depending on the location of the IP of the customer, prices of products will be showed in EUR or in USD $ and the amount of the orders will be calculated accordingly. However, currency may change depending on the billing address or shipping address in some cases. In general, except some exceptions, for the geographic area of Europe, prices will be showed in Euros and for the rest of the world in $ (USD). Prices showed in the Website are before taxes.
Sales taxes will be applied following the delivery address provided by the customer accordingly to the Provisions in force in the territory.

For deliveries in UE, different from Spain, the conditions of intra-community delivery will be applied if a valid VAT number is provided by the customer. Otherwise, local sales taxes in Spain will be applied.
3.3.- Products´ request.
JBC guarantees the existence of all the items offered on the web site.
However, for security reasons a client may acquire no more than $30,000 or 30.000 EUR per order.
3.4.- Delivery of products.
JBC will deliver the order to the address indicated by the Customer when shipping conditions are CIF. For Shipping conditions (FOB), the customer can collect the goods through his carrier at JBC warehouses or he can requests JBC delivers the goods to his carrier.
Delivery Terms:
JBC will deliver the Products as soon as possible and all customer orders will ship complete upon availability of all products ordered.
JBC does not assume any responsibility for late delivery of orders.
Shipping Options:
- For USA, the customer can choose:
. Free JBC Transportation for Domestic Shipments only (3-5 day transit).
. Express Shipments - Buyer must provide UPS / FedEx expedited shipping service and account number (FOB Origin Freight Collect St. Louis-MO, USA).
- For UE Community Members, the customer can choose:
. JBC Transportation
. The customer own Transportation (FOB Barcelona, Spain). The customer´s carrier will collect the goods at JBC warehouses.
. JBC delivers the products to the carrier of the customer (FOB Barcelona, Spain).
In the case of JBC Transportation, JBC will choose the carrier and the conditions of shipping will be CIF destination. Free shipping it is established for orders over 2.500 EUR. For orders not exceeding 2.500 EUR, the charge of transport applied will be 15 EUR for Spain, Portugal, France and Italy, and 40 EUR for the rest of the UE Members.
- For the rest of the world
The Shipping conditions will be FOB St Louis- MO (USA) for Canada and Mexico and FOB Barcelona (Spain) in other cases. The customer can also choose to use his own transportation to JBC and collect the goods at JBC warehouses or that JBC delivers the products to his carrier.
JBC reserves the right to change the shipping conditions and delivery system.
Defective deliveries:
The Order shall be considered delivered if the customer has not notified JBC within 15 days after the delivery to the carrier in JBC warehouses.
The defective delivery (short shipment or damaged shipment) must be communicated no later than 24 h. as from the receipt, by mail to jbctools@jbctools.com or by phone to:

Also, the deadline for defective product claims must be made within a maximum of 7 business days from the receipt.
3.5.- Place of the contract.
The purchase shall be made at JBC location: JBC SOLDERING (Barcelona-Spain), SL or JBC TOOLS USA INC (St Louis, MO-USA), depending on which is the selling entity.
4.- RETURNS
Pursuant to law in force, the client will have a term of up to 7 business days from the receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without penalty, but will bear the direct cost of returning the products to JBC.
5.- BILLING, PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
JBC will not accept any order for which the card or payment has not been approved.
JBC will send to the email specified by the customer in the billing address, the invoice corresponding to delivered products once they have been shipped from JBC warehouses.

For sales made by JBC Tools Usa Inc., in case of any dispute arising about the existence, access, use or content of the General Conditions of Purchase the laws of the State of California shall govern and be binding upon the parties hereto. Venue for any such legal proceeding shall lie in the County of Sacramento, California.
