After three days, the 19^th edition of the International exhibition of ExpoElectronica held in Moscow, Russia came to an end on 17^th March. JBC has increased its presence at the fair thanks to its official distributor the Ostec Corporate Group.

During the exhibition, people who approached the Ostec booth noted the capabilities of the Excellence range equipment to meet customers’ needs.

The Industry 4.0

Visitors not only tried out the improved functions such as graphics in real time, partial counters or tool port monitoring, but were able to take a step forward and experience the Industry 4.0 with the new system B·Net.

This new technology is designed so that you can remotely configure and manage JBC stations. It enables medium and large companies total control over the soldering process via Internet, bringing quality, reliability and efficiency.  All stations can be configured at the same time and a specific configuration can be applied to each product line, regardless of where the factory is located.

Moreover, the new high-powered hot air stations and the NASE Nano Rework station, which both feature the latest improvements made to the Excellence range, aroused visitors’ interest at the Russian show.

Visitors were also greatly impressed by the PHS-KB IR Preheater set, designed to give maximum uniform heating with minimum thermal stress, which guarantees the best results.

Ostec was also a Premium Sponsor of the IPC’s Hand Soldering Competition held at the trade fair. This contest recognizes the best skills in hand soldering complex printed board assemblies. Over three days, participants competed against each other to build a functional electronics assembly within a 60-minute time limit.
