JBC exhibits at Nepcon South China 2017

The company participates at the trade show for the first time.

JBC, a leading manufacturer of soldering and rework equipment, is exhibiting for the very first time at the upcoming Nepcon South China, which takes place on August 29-31 at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center in Shenzhen.

The trade show brings together nearly 600 local and international electronics manufacturing brands to showcase new innovations and cutting-edge technologies. Across multiple halls and conference rooms, visitors can see, hear and touch products and solutions related to SMT, EMA, soldering and dispensing, test and measurement, and other core elements along the electronics industry value chain.

The digitalization of soldering

Visitors approaching the JBC stand (A-1M20) will have the opportunity to discover the most advanced technologies in the Industry 4.0 and how JBC brings the digital transformation to the soldering process.

The company has developed JBC Net, the first smart system to optimize traceability in soldering. It offers transversal real time assistance for the soldering work. This means less unforeseen errors and higher quality and precision in the production process.

Billy Shen, JBC China Sales Manager, will give a talk at Conference Booth 1R88 on 29th and 31st August to explain all the features of this unique technology that standardizes parameters and also controls the operator’s performance.

Hands on experience with JBC and Indium Corporation solutions

JBC will also showcase its products, specially designed for successful hand soldering. Visitors can try out the SF Solder Feeder with V-Cut, the AL Auto-Feed Soldering Station and the Nano Soldering Stations together with Indium Corporation products. The two companies join efforts once again to allow visitors experience the equipment and materials in a live-action environment.

But not only: JBC experts will be demonstrating live its new products for soldering automation, including solder feeder, automatic tip cleaner and soldering head, among other innovations.
