DR5650 desloderin iron
A supporting flange has been added to the metal deposit and a slot has been created in the front of the handpiece. The slot is a new narrow opening where the flange must be inserted in order to mount the heating element.
The new heating element DR5650010 is compatible with the previous version of the handpiece only if the flange is removed. This because the previous versions do not feature any slot to insert the flange.

. Built-in console concept for JBC advanced stations
  All JBC advanced stations except the AD2700 are now provided with a built-in console. This means that the AD2700 is actually the only station requiring the external console AC2600.
. Built-in console for DI 3000 and DI2850
 
The AC 2600 console functions are now built-in in the DI 3000/DI 2850 stations. Other useful functions have also been added:
. Hibernation mode: it cools down the tool when it’s not being used. It is useful when operators forget to turn off their station during a period of inactivity (lunch breaks, end of the work day). You can program the amount of time until hibernation begins. Once a tool is picked up, it returns to working temperature within seconds. DI 3000 soldering station
. Temperature range (min-max): the operator can select any temperature within the range defined in the set-up mode by a supervisor. If ºTmin and ºTmax are the same, the temperature is locked.
. Lock keyboard mode: it activates or deactivates the station’s keyboard except when in SETUP mode.
. A password ensures controllability of all the settings in setup mode.
The DI units with the built-in console can be easily distinguished from the previous DI versions by the keyboard with 3 buttons instead of 4.
